A blend of five of Giant Steps’ most iconic vineyards: Tarraford, Sexton, Primavera, Applejack and Bastard Hill. 40% whole bunches, aged in French oak barriques. Gently brooding with aromas of wild black cherries and raspberries along with some whole-bunch–derived fennel seed spice and a touch of violets.
