Red ruby in color with orange-red reflections due to ageing. Complex and intense aroma with fruity and spicy tones reminiscent of cloves; notes of licorice, leather and rose come out with ageing. Embracing and full-bodied with noticeable but fine tannins.

30 months ageing in French oak barrels and casks and at least 6 months refinement in bottles.
