Bright and intense ruby red color. The bouquet is complex with evident fruity notes of wild berries, and hints of violet and licorice, which evolve into more spicy and tobacco notes with ageing. Full bodied, fresh with smooth tannins.

Fausoni is one of the most characteristic "cru" of the Barbaresco area, located near the historical center of Neive. The exposition is West, South-West and the soil mix guarantees wines with a more intense colour, solid structure, body and the right acidity.

Manual harvest, fermentation with traditional maceration of 14 days, aged 24 months in French oak barrels. Refinement in bottle.
