This 100% Spontaneous Fermentation blend is dry hopped with a unique pairing of hops from drastically different regions: Australian Galaxy and Czech Saaz. This hop combination brings a fun balance of tropical fruit, ripe juiciness, floral, spice, and herbaceous complexity, which complements the depth of the spontaneous beer and the bright citric acidity. This beer won a Bronze Medal at the 2025 Canadian Brewing Awards.
