Colour: Burnt Amber with no impurities

Nose: Vanilla and honey, with possibly a hint of leather on the back end. Very sweet and pleasant smell

Mouth feel: A light and creamy texture

Taste: Honey and apple are the first notes to come alive. Followed by a touch of oak. Very little heat

Finish: This bourbon seems to follow with a pepper note at the end which surprisingly compliments everything as a whole.
