TASTING NOTES
Ruby in colour with very deep hues. Sweet aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice and pepper. The wine is already quite supple and the tannins well integrated. Long pleasant finish with a hint of spice on the palate.

PAIRING NOTES: It is great on its own and pairs perfectly with chicken dishes, lamb chops, all cuts of beef and creamy cheeses.
