 50% Bled and 50% direct pressing for colour. 4 months aging in tank.

 Clear pale pink reflects with purple iridescence. Fine nose of peach, raspberries, red currants,
 pomelo and exotic fruits. Lively and full on the palate, while remaining refreshing and crisp.
