On the palate, it is very fresh, with a lingering finish that highlights the aromas of perfectly ripe strawberry and cherry, accompanied by subtle blackberries. The finish is more distinctive than the nose, persistent, and clearly evokes the aromas of cherry (red licorice) and strawberry (strawberry and cream caramel).
