From Piedmont - a fresh chardonnay with a good acidity and a
straw-yellow color with greenish shades.

The aromas are fruity with notes of white fruits like banana and
pineapple and a vanilla aftertaste that softens the wine. Delicious by the glass as well as excellent when paired with food.

Vinification - Fermented using selected yeasts at controlled temperatures in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is avoided, 30% sees 6 months in French oak(tonneau), the remaining remains in the steel tank.
