Aged a minimum of 9 months on fine lees it is refined and complex. Fruit notes of apricot, grapefruit, ripe pineapple and lychee. Floral notes of rose and white freesia. Fortune plum and ginger round off the profile with aromatic and spicy accents.

The structure is complex, with a well-defined and compact progression that maintains balance and continuity throughout the tasting. The finish is long and persistent, with a mineral and citrus driven aftertaste that prolongs the depth of flavor.
