Following soft pressing the wine is aged 3 months in stainless, followed by at least 2 months in the bottle.

An elegant wine with floral notes of acacia, jasmine and orange blossom. The citrus component is expressed through notes of cedar zest, lemon leaf, mandarin and kumquat. The fruit notes unfold with Fortune plum, yellow mountain peach and banana, whilst hints of wild strawberry and rosemary flower complete the aromatic profile with a delicate Mediterranean nuance.
