Toni was an Italian WWII marine who, in his love letters home to his Elena, told tales of a Brit who shared his delicious "English Grappa", and whose recipe he was determined to bring home. Tony built copper pot stills and carefully blends techniques of cold distillation, maceration, and 15-day infusion. The Vice bottling leans in to the citrus and floral style. It shows Passion Fruit, Tonca Bean, Pink Grapefruit, Tangerine, Lemon and Apricot alongside the Juniper, Hawthorn, Rosehip, Angelica, Laurel and Hops in the recipe.
