A beautiful and harmonious wine produced by a family that has been making wine for over 350 years. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fresh and intense aroma of flowers and apple. Citrine mouth fresh and delicate with a soft finish.
Favorita del Roero (Vermentino) from the Roero region of Piedmont, on the left bank of the Tanaro river. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 250 - 280 meters above sea level in medium textured calcareous soil, with east, west and north exposure.
Hand harvest, cryomaceration of 8-10 hours, malolactic fermentation is absent, stainless steel fermentation, maturation of 3-4 months "sur lies" in stainless steel tanks.
