An outstanding wine that has captured the attention of Sommeliers. Produced by a family that has been making wine for over 350 years, it is compact red in color, which is almost impenetrable. Aromas of blackberry and cherry. On the palate it is full-bodied with ripe fruits, plum jam and spice.

Barbera from the Roero region in Piedmont, the calcareous clay soil vineyard is located at an altitude of 200-300 meters above sea level and has a south/south-west exposure.

Hand harvested, traditional maceration of 15-18 days with 2 délestage, followed by 16 month maturation.
