This is a rare “true” Solera whisky and has oak, nutmeg, vanilla, coconut and ripe pears on the
nose. When tasted you will find honey, clove, anise fudge and green apples that balance very
well together while the finish has a little black pepper spice it is put backside by the vanilla and honey. A medium finish that is full of tastes and notes to enjoy.
